The wire ring connection products are ring (or similar shape) products made of steel wire with non-ferrous metallic coating or of stainless steel (for some example, see Figure 1) used to connect the woven and/or welded wire meshes, gabion panels or gabions together

The connections with ring connection products are executed by hand or by pneumatic stapler. The units to be connected are put tightly together so that the edge wires are in contact with the edge wires of both adjacent walls. For example, see Figure 2 (connection of hexagonal double twisted wire mesh panels with wire ring connection products).

The product is not covered by a harmonised European standard (hEN).

Concerning product packaging. transport, storage, maintenance, replacement and repair it is the responsibility of the manufacturer to undertake the appropriate measures and to advise his clients on the transport, storage, maintenance, replacement and repair of the product as he considers necessary.

关于产品的包装、运输、储存、维护、更换和维修，制造商有责任采取适当措施，并就其认为必要的产品运输、储存、维护、更换和维修事宜向客户提供建议。

It is assumed that the product will be installed according to the manufacturer's instructions. These instructions shall contain recommendation for design about appropriate use and assessment of product regarding aggressiveness of environment in which the work is to be executed.

假定产品将按制造商的说明进行安装。这些说明应包含关于适当使用的建议，以及针对工作执行环境中的腐蚀性对产品的评估建议。

Relevant manufacturer's stipulations having influence on the performance of the product covered by this European Assessment Document shall be considered for the determination of the performance and detailed in the ETA.

What is an EAD?什么是EAD？

A European Assessment Document, or EAD for short, is a harmonised technical specification developed by EOTA as the basis for European Technical Assessments (ETAs).上海郜盟提示欧洲评估文件（简称EAD）是由欧洲技术认证组织（EOTA）制定的统一技术规范，作为欧洲技术评估（ETA）的基础。

In combination with the ETA, the EAD provides manufacturers with a way to CE marking for construction products that are not or not fully covered by a harmonised European standard (hEN) under the Construction Products Regulation (EU) 305/2011. The CE marking allows the manufacturer to freely market his product in the entire European Economic Area as well as in Switzerland and Turkey.

结合ETA，EAD为制造商提供了一种对未被或未完全被《建筑产品法规》（EU）305/2011所涵盖的协调欧洲标准（hEN）覆盖的建筑产品进行CE标志认证的途径。获得CE标志后，制造商即可在全部欧洲经济区以及瑞士和土耳其自由销售其产品。

Finished floor or ceiling covering as well as possible sound reducing materials are not part of the kit.

This EAD is not applicable when

-timber treatments (preservatives, fire and flame retardants) are used, and/or

-recycled material is used.
