EAD 210046-00-1201: 2018 THIN METAL COMPOSITE SHEET 薄金属复合板

The EAD applies to the thin metal composite sheet (hereafter TMCS). TMCS consists of two thin layers of a metalic skin, which are sandwiching a core in a continuous co-extrusion process. External face of metallic skin can be pre-coated or not. The joining of metallic skins with core is achieved either by adhesive film or a by binder (chemical and mechanical action). Total thickness of thin metal composite sheet is 2 - 8 mm.

上海郜盟提示EAD适用于薄金属复合板(以下简称TMCS)。TMCS由两层薄的金属表层组成，这两层金属表层在连续共挤出 工艺中夹持着一个芯层。金属表层的表面可以预先涂覆涂层，也可以不涂。金属表层与芯层的结合是通过粘合 膜或粘结剂(化学和机械作用)实现的。薄金属复合板的总厚度为2-8毫米。

TMCS is composed by:

·Faced skins made of:

·Aluminium alloy sheets according to EN 485-2 or EN 485-4, surface treated (coil coated according to EN 1396, anodized according to EN ISO 7599) or not, with nominal thickness of external/internal sheet (faced skins) 2 0,2 mm (+ 8 %).

·Stainless steel sheets according to EN 10088-1 or EN 10088-2 with nominal symmetric thicknesses of sheet (faced skins) from 0,2 up to 0,4 mm (+ 5 %).

·Solid core made mainly of low density polyethylene, other polymer blended with or without flame retardant minerals, minerals with binder etc.

·Adhesive layer of bonding faced skins and core through a continuous industrial process.

TMCS 由以下部分组成：

The product is not covered by a harmonized European standard (hEN).

该产品不受欧洲统一标准(hEN)的覆盖。

The product is not covered by EN 14509, because thermal conductivity of its core is larger than specified one in CI. 1 of EN 14509 and the product is not intended as self-supporting element.

该产品不受EN14509标准覆盖，因为其芯材的热导率大于EN14509第CI.1条款规定的值，且该产品并非设计为自支撑构件。

The product is not fully covered by ETAG 016 used as EAD. The product doesn't comply with definition of self-supporting composite lightweight panel given in ETAG 016-1, Cl. 3.2, and assessment of durability of product complies with EOTA TR 038, which differs from ETAG 016.

该产品未完全被用作EAD的ETAG016所涵盖。该产品不符合ETAG016-1第CI.3.2节中关于自承式复合轻质面板的定义，且产品耐久性评估符合EOTATR38，这与ETAG016有所不同。

The product is not covered by EAD 090062 (ETAG 034 conversion) because in the EAD 090062 other extra assessments are considered for the TMCS taking into account the specific use as part of a cladding kit.

Concerning product packaging, transport, storage, maintenance, replacement and repair it is the responsibility of the manufacturer to undertake the appropriate measures and to advise his clients on the transport, storage, maintenance, replacement and repair of the product as he considers necessary.

关于产品的包装、运输、储存、维护、更换和维修，制造商有责任采取适当措施，并就其认为必要的产品运输、储存、维护、更换和维修事宜向客户提供建议。

It is assumed that the product will be installed according to the manufacturer's instructions or (in absence of such instructions) according to the good practice of the building professionals.

假设产品将按照制造商的说明进行安装，或者(在没有此类说明的情况下)按照建筑专业人士的良好实践进行安装。

Relevant manufacturer's stipulations having influence on the performance of the product covered by this European Assessment Document are to be considered for the determination of the performance and detailed in the ETA.

对这份欧洲评估文件所涵盖产品的性能有影响的相关制造商规定，应在确定性能时予以考虑，并在ETA中详细说明。

 

What is an EAD?什么是EAD？

A European Assessment Document, or EAD for short, is a harmonised technical specification developed by EOTA as the basis for European Technical Assessments (ETAs).上海郜盟提示欧洲评估文件（简称EAD）是由欧洲技术认证组织（EOTA）制定的统一技术规范，作为欧洲技术评估（ETA）的基础。

In combination with the ETA, the EAD provides manufacturers with a way to CE marking for construction products that are not or not fully covered by a harmonised European standard (hEN) under the Construction Products Regulation (EU) 305/2011. The CE marking allows the manufacturer to freely market his product in the entire European Economic Area as well as in Switzerland and Turkey.

结合ETA，EAD为制造商提供了一种对未被或未完全被《建筑产品法规》（EU）305/2011所涵盖的协调欧洲标准（hEN）覆盖的建筑产品进行CE标志认证的途径。获得CE标志后，制造商即可在全部欧洲经济区以及瑞士和土耳其自由销售其产品。

Finished floor or ceiling covering as well as possible sound reducing materials are not part of the kit.

This EAD is not applicable when

-timber treatments (preservatives, fire and flame retardants) are used, and/or

-recycled material is used.

Concerning product packaging, transport, storage, maintenance, replacement and repair it is the responsibility of the manufacturer to undertake the appropriate measures and to advise his clients on the transport, storage, maintenance, replacement and repair of the product as he considers necessary.

关于产品的包装、运输、储存、维护、更换和修理事宜，制造商有责任采取相应措施，并在其认为必要的情况下向客户提供有关产品运输、储存、维护、更换及修理方面的建议。
