欧盟机械法规MR REGULATION (EU) 2023/1230附录I危险机械清单

上海郜盟提示MR新法规针对危险机械清单做了两类的分类：A类，B类；A类必须由欧盟授权的公告号机构Notified body 进行型式检验颁发EC-TYPE证书，B类制造工厂可选择是否由公告号机构Notified body进行型式检验；

ANNEX I

CATEGORIES OF MACHINERY OR RELATED PRODUCTS TO WHICH ONE OF THE PROCEDURES REFERRED TO IN ARTICLE 25(2) AND (3) SHALL BE APPLIED

应适用第25条款第(2)和第(3)款所述程序的机械或相关产品类别

PART A

Categories of machinery or related products to which a procedure referred to in Article 25(2) shall be applied:适用第25条第(2)款所述程序的机械或相关产品类别：

1. Removable mechanical transmission devices including their guards.可移动的机械传动装置，包括其护罩

2. Guards for removable mechanical transmission devices.可拆卸机械传动装置的防护罩

3. Vehicle servicing lifts.车辆维修举升机

4. Portable cartridge-operated fixing and other impact machinery.便携式弹匣驱动的固定装置及其他冲击机械

5. Safety components with fully or partially self-evolving behaviour using machine learning approaches ensuring safety functions.采用机器学习方法实现完全或部分自适应行为的安全组件，以确保安全功能

6. Machinery that has embedded systems with fully or partially self-evolving behaviour using machine learning approaches ensuring safety functions that have not been placed independently on the market, in respect only of those systems.使用机器学习方法实现完全或部分自进化行为的嵌入式系统的机械装置，其安全功能未单独投放市场，仅针对这些系统而言。

上海郜盟提示B类危险机械工厂虽然可选择是否NB机构介入，但欧盟客户和海关通常要求设备仍旧要申请NB机构的EC-TYPE证书

PART B

Categories of machinery or related products to which one of the procedures referred to in Article 25(3) shall be applied:应适用第25条第(3)款所述程序的机械或相关产品类别

1. Circular saws (single- or multi-blade) for working with wood and material with similar physical characteristics or for working with meat and material with similar physical characteristics, of the following types:用于加工木材或具有类似物理特性的材料，或用于加工肉类及具有类似物理特性的材料的圆锯（单片或多片），以下类型

1.1. sawing machinery with fixed blade(s) during cutting, having a fixed bed or support with manual feed of the workpiece or with a demountable power feed;切割时采用固定刀片的锯切机械，具有固定床身或支撑结构，工件手动进给，或配有可拆卸的动力进给装置

1.2. sawing machinery with fixed blade(s) during cutting, having a manually operated reciprocating saw-bench or carriage;切割时使用固定刀片的锯切机械，配备手动操作的往复式锯床或滑架

1.3. sawing machinery with fixed blade(s) during cutting, having a built-in mechanical feed device for the work pieces, with manual loading and/or unloading;切割时采用固定刀片的锯切机械，带有用于工件的内置机械进给装置，手动装料和/或卸料

1.4. sawing machinery with movable blade(s) during cutting, having mechanical movement of the blade, with manual loading and/or unloading.切割时刀片可移动的锯切机械，刀片具有机械运动，手动装料和/或卸料

2. Hand-fed surface planing machinery for woodworking.用于木工的手动进给式表面刨床

3. Thicknessers for one-side dressing having a built-in mechanical feed device, with manual loading and/or unloading for woodworking.用于木工的单面修边机，带内置机械进料装置，可手动装料和/或卸料

4. Band-saws with manual loading and/or unloading for working with wood and material with similar physical characteristics or for working with meat and material with similar physical characteristics, of the following types:用于加工木材或具有类似物理特性的材料，以及用于加工肉类或具有类似物理特性的材料的手动装料和/或卸料带锯，以下类型

4.1. sawing machinery with fixed blade(s) during cutting, having a fixed or reciprocating-movement bed or support for the workpiece;切割时使用固定刀片的锯切机械，具有固定或往复运动的工作台或工件支撑装置

4.2. sawing machinery with blade(s) assembled on a carriage with reciprocating motion. 带刀片的锯切机械，刀片安装在作往复运动的滑架上

5. Combined machinery of the types referred to in points 1 to 4 and in point 7 for working with wood and material with similar physical characteristics.用于加工木材及具有类似物理特性的材料的第1至4点以及第7点所述类型的组合机械

6. Hand-fed tenoning machinery with several tool holders for woodworking.用于木工的多刀具夹持手动榫槽加工机械

7. Hand-fed vertical spindle moulding machinery for working with wood and material with similar physical characteristics.用于加工木材及具有类似物理特性的材料的手动进给立式主轴成型机械

8. Portable chainsaws for woodworking.便携式木工链锯，具体CE认证案例联系上海郜盟

9. Presses, including press-brakes, for the cold working of metals, with manual loading and/or unloading, whose movable working parts may have a travel exceeding 6 mm and a speed exceeding 30 mm/s.用于金属冷加工的压机（包括折弯机），采用手动装料和/或卸料，其可动工作部件的行程可能超过6毫米，速度可能超过30毫米/秒

10. Injection or compression plastics-moulding machinery with manual loading or unloading.手动装料或卸料的注射或压缩塑料成型机械，注塑机案例可联系上海郜盟

11. Injection or compression rubber-moulding machinery with manual loading or unloading.手动装料或卸料的注射或压缩橡胶模压机械。

12. Machinery for underground working of the following types:以下类型的地下作业机械

12.1. locomotives and brake-vans;机车和制动车厢

12.2. hydraulic-powered roof supports.液压驱动的顶板支护装置

13. Manually loaded trucks for the collection of household refuse incorporating a compression mechanism.手动装载的垃圾清运车，配备压缩装置

14. Devices for the lifting of persons or of persons and goods involving a hazard of falling from a vertical height of more than 3 m.用于提升人员或同时提升人员和货物，且存在从超过3米垂直高度坠落危险的设备，登机桥、载人升高平台、载人升高装载机CE认证案例联系上海郜盟

15. Protective devices designed to detect the presence of persons.用于检测人员存在的防护装置

16. Power-operated interlocking movable guards designed to be used as safeguards in machinery referred to in points 9,10 and 11 of this Part.用于本部分第9、10和11条所提及机械的防护装置，其设计为动力驱动的联锁可移动防护罩。

17. Logic units to ensure safety functions.逻辑单元以确保安全功能

18. Roll-over protective structures (ROPS).翻滚保护结构（ROPS）

19. Falling-object protective structures (FOPS). 防坠落物体保护结构（FOPS）
