1 Scope范围

This European Standard specifies requirements for the dimensions, coatings, test methodology and delivery conditions of steel wire mesh products having meshes of hexagonal shape specified for engineering purposes

本欧洲标准规定了用于工程目的的六角网眼的钢丝网产品的尺寸、涂层、试验方法和交货条件的要求

3 Information to be supplied by the purchaser买方应提供的资料

a) number of this European Standard;本欧洲标准

b) quantity and type of designation (for box gabions with or without diaphragms); 数量和名称类型(有或没有隔板的箱形石笼);

c) size of the rolls or units; 卷或单元的尺寸;

d) mesh designations; 网格名称

e) wire diameter (mesh wire and lacing wire); 钢丝直径(网丝、花边丝);

f) coating type and class of coating, if applicable; 涂层类型和类别，如适用

g) characteristics of the eventual organic coating, if applicable; 最终有机涂层的特性，如果适用;

h) inspection documentation requirements. 检查文档的需求。

 

4 测试项目与测试方法

Metallic coatings shall be tested in accordance with EN 10244-1 and EN 10244-2.

金属涂层(镀锌涂层）应按照EN 10244-1和EN 10244-2进行测试。

Organic coatings shall be tested in accordance with EN 10245-1, EN 10245-2, EN 10245-3 and EN 10245-5.

有机涂层(镀锌覆塑涂层）应根据EN 10245-1、EN 10245-2、EN 10245-3和EN 10245-5进行测试。

Longitudinal tensile strength test according to EN 10223-3 9.3.3

按EN 10223-3 9.3.3进行纵向抗拉强度试验
