请注意，从2020年开始，MD+LVD证书类型将不再适用。

As another saying MD+LVD certificates can be only MD. LVD certificates can also be issued. Only certificates of MD + LVD together can not be issued. Current certificates will not be effected.

另一种说法是MD+LVD证书只能是MD，也可以颁发LVD证书。只有MD + LVD一起的证书不能颁发。现有的证书将不生效。

§63 Machinery covered by the Low Voltage Directive涉及低电压指令的机械

One of the objectives of the revision of the Machinery Directive was to clarify the borderline between the scope of the Machinery Directive and the Low Voltage Directive 2014/35/EU28 (replacing Directive 2006/95/EC from 20 April 2016) in order to provide greater legal certainty. Article 1 (2) (k) lists the categories of low voltage electrical and electronic machinery that are excluded from the scope of the Machinery Directive. Electrical machinery that is not in any of the categories listed in Article 1 (2) (k) (and that is not concerned by one of the other exclusions) is in the scope of the Machinery Directive. When such machinery has an electrical supply within the voltage limits of the Low Voltage Directive (between 50 and 1000 V for alternating current or between 75 and 1500 V for direct current), it must fulfil the safety objectives of the Low Voltage Directive – see §222: comments on section 1.5.1 of Annex I. However, in that case, the manufacturer’s EC Declaration of Conformity should not refer to the Low Voltage Directive.

修订机械指令的目的之一是澄清MD机械指令范围与LVD低压指令2014/35/EU (从2016年4月20日起取代旧指令2006/95/EC)之间的界线，以便提供更大的法律确定性。第1 (2)(k)条列出了在机械指令范围之外的低压电气和电子机械的类别。不属于第1 (2)(k)条所列任何类别的电力机械(与其他除外事项无关)属于机械指令的范围。当这样的机械有一个电源电压在低电压指令范围(50至1000 V交流电或75至1500 V直流电),它必须实现安全目标低电压指令——看到§222:评论节1.5.1附件。然而,在这种情况下,制造商的EC符合标准声明不再列出LVD低电压指令

 

 

此段话意在表明当机械工作电压在LVD指令范围内即AC50-1000V或者DC75V-1500V，它必须符合LVD指令的要求，但证书和DOC声明不再列LVD低电压指令。即从2020年开始，机械设备的证书只有两种：MD, MD+EMC。

 

 

机械设备CE证书将会是如下形式Certificate types will be as following:
