3、EN IEC 62841-2-3:2021/A11:2021适用CE认证范围：

This clause of Part 1 is applicable, except as follows:

Addition:

This part of IEC 62841 applies to hand-held grinders, disc-type polishers and disc-type sanders, including angle, straight and vertical tools, intended for use on various materials except magnesium, with a rated capacity not exceeding 230 mm. For grinders, the rated no-load speed does not exceed a peripheral speed of the accessory of 80 m/s at rated capacity.

This standard does not apply to dedicated cut-off machines.

NOTE 101  It is planned that a document on cut-off machines will be published.

This standard does not apply to orbital polishers and orbital sanders.

NOTE 102  It is planned that a document on orbital polishers and orbital sanders will be published.

This standard does not apply to die grinders.

NOTE 103 Die grinders are covered by IEC 62841-2-23.This document covers all significant hazards, hazardous situations or hazardous events relevant for tools covered by this standard.

NOTE Essential requirements not mentioned in Table ZZ.1 are deemed to be not applicable, because the corresponding hazards are either not relevant for machines covered by this standard or do not require specific action by the designer.

IEC 62841本部分适用于手持式砂轮机、盘式抛光机和盘式砂光机（包括角向、直向和立式工具），其设计用于除镁合金外的各种材料加工，额定能力不超过230毫米。对于砂轮机，额定空载转速不得超过额定能力下80米/秒的附件圆周速度。

本标准不适用于专用切割机。

注101：计划将发布关于切割机的专项文件。

本标准不适用于轨道式抛光机和轨道式砂光机。

注102：计划将发布关于轨道式抛光机和轨道式砂光机的专项文件。

本标准不适用于模具电磨。

注103：模具电磨由IEC 62841-2-23标准涵盖。

本文件涵盖了与本标准所涉工具相关的所有显著危险、危险情况或危险事件。

注：表ZZ.1中未提及的基本要求视为不适用，因为相应危险要么与本标准所涵盖的机器无关，要么不需要设计者采取特定措施。
