EN 50525-2-11 CE范围SCOPE

EN 50525-2-1 1 applies to thermoplastic (PVC) insulated and PVC sheathed flexible cables.

The cables are of rated voltages U 0 /U up to and including 300/500 V.

EN 50525-2-1适用于热塑性塑料(PVC)绝缘和聚氯乙烯护套软电缆。额定电压为U 0 /U 300/ 500v及以下。

The cables are intended for the connection of domestic appliances to the fixed supply.

Circular cables and flat cables are included.

The maximum conductor operating temperatures for the cables in this standard are 70 °C

(VV types) and 90 °C (V2V2 types).

CE认证关于PVC电缆结构、材料、装配要求

 

1 导体：Class 5 EN 60228

2 绝缘材料需符合： EN 50363-3 Insulating, sheathing and covering materials for low voltage energy cables – Part 3: PVC insulating compounds  TI 2或 TI 3  

3 装配：

-circular cables: the cores shall be twisted together;

圆电缆：芯要拧在一起

- flat cables: the cores shall be laid parallel.

扁电缆：芯应平行放置

4 护套材料需符合： EN 50363-4-1 Insulating, sheathing and covering materials for low voltage energy cables – Part 4-1: PVC sheathing compounds；TM 2或 TM 3  

注意：Strain-bearing member：承重构件应由七股钢索组成，每股直径0,25毫米。个别的线(股)应镀锌。应在应变轴承构件上覆盖一层通过挤压施加的防腐层。受拉构件的断裂载荷≥250N。

每一个指定的标记，如果标记的结束与下一个相同标记的开始之间的距离不超过:

a) 550 mm如果标识在电缆的外护套上;

b) 275 mm 如果标识:

1) 在无护套电缆的绝缘上;

2) 在护套电缆的绝缘上

3) 在带护套的电缆内的带条上
